Create Funnel

What is a funnel, exactly? A post-purchase funnel is a series of offers that will display to your customers after checkout. The funnel can be displayed based upon what was in the customer’s cart. One offer can be shown at the post-purchase page that is displayed immediately after checkout and another offer at Order Confirmation page (also known as Thank you page).

In the Funnels left navigation of the app, you can do the following:

• Create new funnels
• Edit funnels
• Delete funnels
• Preview the funnel offers
• Sort funnels by priority
• Manage priority of funnels

Ready to create your funnel? First things first. Click create funnel.

Your new funnel needs a name! Enter the funnel name in the Name field.

A funnel requires a trigger and an offer in either the post-purchase or Thank you page(or both!).

Choose the trigger conditions to let the app know when to show upsell offer.

You can either apply this funnel for all orders, or choose a specific set of conditions e.g., for products or collections within the order, cart total amount, or the cart quantity.

Save the Trigger once you are done with these conditions.

And then you can choose to show the offer in either the post-purchase or the Thank you page, or both.

Post Purchase Offer

Select the product by clicking the Select Product button and choose the product to offer.

Optionally you can enter the discount percentage or shipping charges if you needed to apply to the offered product. You may change the product description to showcase within offer to tweak the copy for the customised offer.

Click “Save Offer” button to save your offer changes.

Do not forget to actually Activate the funnel by clicking the “Activate Funnel” button at the top of the page.

Thank you Offer

Select the product by clicking the Select Product button and choose the product to offer at the Thank you page.

Optionally you can enter the discount percentage if you want to offer one. You may change the product description to showcase within offer to tweak the copy for the customised offer.

Click Save Offer button.

Do not forget to actually Activate the funnel by clicking the “Activate Funnel” button at the top of the page to start showing the offer.
